Replacement and return
"Skoun" store's return and exchange policy:
The replacement or refund mechanism is as follows:
- The customer communicates with support staff through the "Sukun" store's Instagram account.
- The employee will receive your request and process it within a maximum of 48 hours.
- In case of exchange, we will ship your new order and send its details to your account.
- In the event of a refund, support staff will request your bank details to transfer the amount within a maximum period of 2-7 days.
Return and exchange period:
- Returns must be made within 24 hours of the customer receiving the goods.
- Replacement will be within 3 days of the customer receiving the goods.
Delivery fees for exchange and return:
- The customer is responsible for paying the delivery fees for the exchange process.
- In case of return, delivery fees will be deducted.
Terms and Conditions:
- The store is not responsible for returning or replacing products that are proven not to be in their original condition at the time of purchase or have been used after purchase.
- All products are inspected and tested for safety before shipping.
- If a product arrives damaged, please notify our technical support team to replace it for you.

Manufacturing defects:
- In case of any manufacturing defects, we will replace the product free of charge or provide appropriate compensation.
Payment method upon return:

Non-returnable or exchangeable products:
- Custom products or lingerie are non-returnable or exchangeable.
